Amanda Scott
Amanda is a senior majoring in International Relations and Spanish. She was born and raised an hour outside of New York (this is what she tells everyone to distract them from the fact that she is from a suburb in New Jersey). Amanda grew up skiing and snowboarding, ran her first half marathon in Brazil at age 15 and was scuba diving in Belize a year later. Yet Amanda’s first time in a National Park was on a Peaks trip freshman year??!! When she is not spending time exploring the nature she missed out on during the first 20 years of her life, Amanda is holed up in VKC conducting human rights research or in THH working in the CALIS office, setting off the fire alarm while cooking, or convincing herself her sunburn will fade into an even tan.
