TRIP DESCRIPTION:
Eaton Canyon Falls is one of the best known waterfall hikes in Los Angeles County. This waterfall can be reached easily with trail that starts from the Eaton Canyon Nature Center. Unlike past waterfall hikes, there’s a likely chance the waterfall will actually have water due to the recent rains!!

SCENERY: A nice watery waterfall that is wet if you touch it
FUN FACT: Water expands by 9% when it freezes. Frozen water (ice) is lighter than water, which is why ice floats in water. Not that we’d be seeing any ice along the trails… hopefully…
PROFESSOR: David Bazelon
DEPARTMENT: Animation
David Bazelon is an adjunct professor at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. He currently works as a Crowds Artist Animator at Dreamworks Animation Studio and has worked on various films. He also has an interest in artificial intelligence so if you ever want to have a deep conversation about AI, Professor Bazelon is the man!
