Join us for a peaceful Saturday morning 3-mile hike focused on mindfulness! We’ll meet Allyson Pimentel, the co-director of Mindful USC, at the Jim Webb trailhead and learn about mindful walking. Then, we’ll hike into Kenneth Hahn State Park, pass through the Stoneview Nature Center, and stop at a couple special spots (like a waterfall and gazebos with a view of the city!) for mindfulness practices. We might be joined by Allyson’s husband Pedro Noguera, the Dean of the Rossier School of Education, too!
