Howdy folks! If you’re feeling like we are and you’re itching to get your hands on some of Texas Canyon’s finest conglomerate rock, say no more and pack your rope and draws for a day of rock climbing with Dr. Julie McGene from the Department of Sociology! Get ready for abundant pockets, knobs, and protrusions, plus precisely one bolted crack route to jam your paws into. Keep in mind this is an unorthodox Peaks trip as we’re not hiking!! — Texas Canyon is mostly moderate sport routes so sign up only if you have prior climbing/belaying experience.
