Looking for a way to get back into the Southern California scenery after a spring break away? Join us on this relaxing Sunday hike in Santa Clarita! Less than an hour away from campus, the beautiful views on this 4.7-mile hike with little elevation are sure to be admired along the way. With Professor Lori Meeks of USC’s School of Religion (and her 7 year old son!) we will be sure to practice mindfulness and find a deeper appreciation for our natural environment. There will also possibly be a small post-hike picnic/snack time to chat more with Professor Meeks! All in all, this will be a chill hike for those just starting out and those experienced alike :-)
PACKING LIST:
Snack for aforementioned snack time (and optional snack for the road)
Sunscreen and hat
H2O (1.5-2L would be fabulously fantastic)
