IMPORTANT UPDATE: Starting Spring 2023, all non-driver trip participant spots will be selected at random due to high demand. Links will accept sign-ups until 12AM Sunday
We will be enjoying the beauty of the Angeles National Forest and trying to observe and log various plant and animal species along the way. It will be a short (likely back on campus around 12:00) but sweet time as we get to learn a bit more about the natural world around us, will be a lovely way to prepare/procrastinate for your finals!
The City Nature Challenge is an annual four-day event at the end of April, where cities are in a collaboration-meets-friendly-competition to see which city can gather the most observations of nature, find the most species, and engage the most people outdoors. Let’s show out for Los Angeles!
