Emily Pellegrini

Raised in the granola city of Oakland, California, Emily grew up frolicking amongst the redwoods and the Birkenstock-wearers. Now adjusting to life in SoCal, Emily joined Peaks as an escape from the smog and Instagram of Los Angeles. Her dream job is to design the trendy greeting cards you can find at Anthropologie, or to at least get a job (for an Art major, that’s a tall order). Emily also enjoys knitting, baking, and embroidery — some say she is an old woman trapped in a college student’s body. Her skills include baking pies, swimming in the ice-cold Pacific without a wetsuit, and her strangely accurate Bruce Springsteen impression. If you see her on the trail, ask her about her feelings on the film Ratatouille or her thoughts on yams.
