Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Ana is studying Neuroscience (and constantly questioning if she made the right decision). Her love for the outdoors probably began with her hikes by the Brazilian coast and she has since then hiked in places like the Atacama Desert, the Atlas mountains in Morocco, and southern Utah. Her hobbies include eating perfectly poached eggs, productive procrastination, and watching trash movies. Ana’s dislikes include having to wait a whole week for a new episode of Grey’s, people who don’t recycle, and writing about herself in the third person. When not on the trail, you can find her buried at Leavey Library or in the Gerontology building researching diabetes!
