You + California’s most magnificent state park + an amazing professor = 1 epic weekend.
Join Peaks overnight icon Karin Huebner for a weekend of camping and exploring Big Sur! Experience the misty cliffs, stunning beaches, and truly rad day hikes that have inspired everyone from Jack Kerouac to the Beach Boys (and maybe try some world-famous breakfast pizza while you’re at it). We’ll be leaving early Friday morning, camping Friday and Saturday nights, and returning early Sunday afternoon (know that this drive can take 5-7 hours, so our Sunday arrival time depends on traffic).
PACKING LIST:
Tent (if you have one. If not, we will provide!)
Sleeping bag (Same as above)
Sleeping pad (Same as above)
Mess kit (fork, knife, plate, cup, etc.)
Money for lunch Friday and Sunday (you'll be getting it on the drive)
