We will start at Elysian Park, grab some lunch at a fusion taco truck, visit Professor Gustafson’s Echo Park home, and then round off the tour at Vista Hermosa Park. Professor Gustafson is fascinated by the histories and mythologies of Los Angeles. He relates music, film, and literature to reveal the different understandings people have of the city.
