*City Nature Challenge* Millard Canyon Falls Trail w/ Audra Bardsley {Environmental Science}

This trip is part of the 2022 City Nature Challenge! Take a break from finals prep and join us for a quick and easy 2.5 mile hike with Dr. Bardsley and her 5 year old daughter. We will be enjoying the beauty of the Angeles National Forest and trying to observe and log various plant and animal species along the way. It will be a short (likely back on campus around 12:00) but sweet time as we get to learn a bit more about the natural world around us.

PROFESSOR: Dr. Audra Bardsley

DEPARTMENT: Environmental Science

RATE MY PROFESSOR: "Dr. Bardsley is one of the most amazing professors I've encountered at USC! She is so caring and passionate about what she teaches."

Dr. B is an earth and environmental science professor who has expertise in water quality and water management. She has written or co-authored four scientific papers and teaches classes at USC on water in Los Angeles, water and soil science, and general environmental studies. Dr. B got her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from Brown University before getting her PhD in geochemistry at USC.

FUN FACT: The abundance of water, shade and vegetation make Millard Canyon one of the most biologically diverse areas around LA!
