Sweeping views of the Angeles National forest, the possibility of a trickle of water at Switzer Falls, and an opportunity to climb said waterfall? What more could you ask for in a hike? Come join us with Dr. Darby Saxbe to chat stress, the psychology of relationships, and the mind body connection!
Darby Saxbe is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at USC. Her research examines how close relationships get under the skin to affect health and well-being. Her current study, the USC HATCH study, follows couples who are expecting their first child from pregnancy into the first year of their baby's life.
