Come visit the lowest point in North America before hitting rock bottom in Leavey this midterm season!!
We’ll be camping at Trona Pinnacles Friday night and spending Saturday and Sunday in Death Valley - lots of desert romping, chill car camping, good snacking. Game plan is to depart Friday afternoon to reach the Trona Pinnacles in the evening and camping there for the night feat. beautiful stars and pointy, ominous rocks (sp00ky). The next morning, we'll head to Death Valley to visit the visitor's center for that good good merch and then explore the park for the rest of the weekend. Items on the itinerary include Artist’s Palette, Badwater Basin, Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes (da doooooons at sunset), a moderate hike along Dante’s Ridge and/or a moderate hike through Mosaic Canyon, plus more - but hey we’re ~ fleXibLe ~ too. We should return to campus around 5 or 6 on Sunday.
