Join myself and the wonderful Professor Petitti for a refreshing Sunday morning hike at the beautiful Topanga State Park! We’ll be taking a pretty cool looped 4.6-mile trail all the way up to Eagle Rock, where we will appreciate the spectacular views and rock scramble! What a stunning way to end your weekend!

PACKING LIST:

PROFESSOR: Michael Petitti

Michael Petitti is a Professor in Thematic Option. He publishes on the American cinema, and he teaches courses on film, literature, food, Los Angeles, and writing. When he’s not pretending to be a hiker, he’s usually eating a burrito and/or watching a movie.

SCENERY: Beautiful mountains and greenery!

FUN FACT: This trail used to be called Elephant Rock as the huge sandstone rock at the end looks like an elephant head from the north side!
