Elizabeth Falletta teaches architectural and urban design at USC, focusing on the values of architecture, planning, and development. She is also the principal of Falletta Development, known for one of the first small lot subdivisions in Los Angeles.

Kate Nelischer's research explores governance in planning, design, and development, including power dynamics in smart city partnerships and urban design criticism.

Marry-Lynne Boorn has a background in real estate finance and development. She served as Vice President of Development for Madison Marquette, overseeing projects nationwide.

Richard Green's research covers housing markets, policy, tax policy, and urban growth. His work appears in journals like the Journal of Economic Perspectives and American Economic Review.

Advisor Russ Sommer supports over 400 Price School students in career preparation and academic development. He previously worked as an assistant director of undergraduate advising at USC Marshall School of Business.
