Join us for a trip to the beautiful Topanga State Park with Professor Isabelle Pilliere Mazumdar! Together we will hike the 4.4 mile Musch Trail to Eagle Rock loop while enjoying the amazing coastal views. If you’re lucky you might also get to experience some yoga and mindfulness in between the hiking.

Isabelle is a passionate professor in the Physical Education department. As well as being a certified yoga instructor she loves to hike and explore Southern California. Ask her about her experiences in France, her class on stress management or her favourite mindfulness activities.

FUN FACT: If you look close enough, Eagle Rock resembles an eagle with its wings outstretched.
