If you're looking for a hike that will not only get you outdoors, but also provide optimal stress relief from everyday worries, look no further! We will be hiking through Topanga State Park with USC's very own Professor of Yoga and Stress Management, Andre Haralyi, to reach the top of Eagle Rock-- what better way to unwind on a Saturday?
Peak: Eagle Rock in Topanga State Park

Scenery: We will have a wonderful hike through Topanga State Park, leading up to Eagle Rock where there will be a beautiful view of the San Fernando Valley and the Santa Monica Bay!
Fun Fact: Eagle Rock has many alcoves and nooks to explore, so get ready to scramble!

After completing his Master's Degree in Yoga Studies, Andre Haralyi became a professor in USC's Physical Education Department, where he teaches several levels of Yoga, Stress Management Courses, and has recently begun teaching a Health Coaching course. Not only has he become a professor at USC, but he has also opened his very own company, in order to further provide education in yoga as a lifestyle practice.
